Choco-Banana Collagen Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas (I choose organic and freeze them myself.)
1/2 frozen avocado
1 tablespoon of cacao powder
2 scoops of Vital Proteins collagen powder
1 teaspoon of maca powder
1 handful of organic spinach
1/2 cup of vegan milk of choice (or more depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be)
Directions:
Place all ingredients into blender, or tall glass if using an immersion blender
Blend to your desired consistency!
