Mellow Belly. A practice, a mindset, a challenge, a community.

First question: How do you feel


Like, right now, take a pause, reflect…. Do you feel good

If so, hell yeah! Let’s keep it that way! Ride that wave, friend. 

If not, let’s talk about it.


On a scale of 1-10, 1 being poop and 10 being an absolute boss, where do you fall? 


Does that number change depending on the day? Probably, of course. Most people aren’t a 10 all of the time, for various reasons. But unfortunately, we have also settled for the low numbers as a standard. It has become a norm to feel like poop


So we ask a doc. 

We try the gym.

We try a diet.

We drink to cope.

We pop a pain reliever. 

We deal with it. 


Show of hands- How many of you have looked for answers to your health problems, answers to feeling good, and been left with more confusion and doubt that “feeling good” is even realistic? The audacity of you to even ask, right? It’s the price we pay as women: cramps, bloating, acne, severe pain, chronic pain, migraines, fatigue, anxiety, etc etc…

Second question: How do you want to feel? 


What if you had more power over feeling good than you thought? What if we didn’t resign ourselves to paying our monthly dues? What if we didn’t normalize chronic illness as a token that comes with age, passed down from generation to generation? What if feeling good is in your control? 


If it were easy, everyone would feel great all of the time. 10’s across the board. But it’s a challenge. There’s a gap. We hope to fill that gap in 3 ways: 

  1. Equipping you to be intuitive - staying in tune with your own body and mind. Building routines that make you feel good.  

  2. Providing resources for you to seek guidance from our own realms of experiences and education, as well as other professionals that are making waves in the women’s health field. 

  3. Cultivating a community that gets it. A community that wants to simply feel good, without the stress and confusion. 


Mellow Belly was inspired by all of the women we know that struggle with imbalanced hormones and cranky guts. We aim to be a source of trusted, holistic information that our community can seek out in their time of need. 


We are here to go through this journey with you and help you find joy in eating again and provide a beacon that will shine through the toxic diet culture of “good” and “bad” foods, restrictive eating and one-size-fits-all approaches. 


We’ve found on our own journeys that these things do not provide balance or happiness, and only lead to shortcomings and added stress - neither of which will lead you to hormone stability. 


What really works is a one-on-one approach customized for your body and your needs. Whether that means an exercise plan that doesn’t make you cringe, or leveling up your veggie intake, we’re prepared to meet you wherever you are in your own health journey.
